摘　　要：文章从漏电断路器的工作特点出发,指出了它们的可靠性指标不能采用继电器、接触器等可靠性指标,并提出了分别采用保护成功率及操作故障率作为漏电断路器可靠性指标的设想。最后,阐述了保护成功率及操作故障率的测定试验方法及估计方法。In this paper, considering the operating features of residual circuit breaker, the author points out that it's reliability index can't be replaced by reliability index of relay or contactor and so on, suggests that successful protecting rate and fault operating rate may be used as it's reliability index. At last, the author describes the methods which can measure and test and estimate the successful protecting rate and fault operating rate.
