College Journals Should Face Key Journals Squarely

摘　　要：核心期刊是被公认为代表学科当代水平和发展方向的期刊,也是高校学报努力的方向。但核心期刊界定中由于偏重期刊的学科性与专业性,因而与高校学报综合性的特点之间产生了矛盾,致使许多高质量的高校学报未能入选。核心期刊的界定部门与高校学报都应正视这个问题,通过积极探索,努力在界定标准等问题上取得共识,使核心期刊能真实、全面地反映期刊,包括高校学报在内的质量情况。Key journals represent the present - day academic level and development of certain branches of study and they are also what common college journals try to strive for. Many college journals, although they are of supurb quality, are not chosen as key journals because much more importance is attached to the scientificity and speciality of the journals instead of their comprehensive nature. The departments deciding key journals and college journals should both face the problem squarely to enable key journals to reflect trully and fully the quality of journals, including college journals.
