摘　　要：通过与美国高校高水平运动队的比较研究 ,发现目前影响我国高校高水平运动队竞技水平的主要因素是运动员管理、教练员队伍和目标体系三个方面 .认为应接轨专业竞技竞赛制度 ,扩大招生自主权 ,理顺人才输送网络 .Through the comparative study on excellent sports teams in American universities, the author discusses three factors affecting the management of college sports teams in China, which include management of athletes, coaches and objectives, and it points out that excellert sports teams should participate in normal competitive matches, and universities should be given more power to make their own decisions and the rights of recruiting sports talents.
