摘　　要：半导体敏感元件普遍存在着较大的测量惯性,因此影响了测量的实时性和准确性,为了减小测量惯性和提高响应速度,尝试把自动控制中的数字滤波法理论应用于高分子温湿度仪中,通过设计程序并把它固化到仪器中,从而实现对响应速度的调整与控制的目的。There is ordinarily the measure inertia in some semiconductor sense elements. So it affects the re- al-time performance and accuracy of the measure. For reducing the measure inertia and improving the re- sponse speed, the digital filter method in automation is used in high polymer humidity and temperature de- vice. Through designing the computer program, the purpose of adjusting the response speed can be realized.
