摘　　要：本文对冷轧厂 2 0多年冷轧工作辊轧钢时受到的热冲击和辊身热冲击抗力进行现场分析与研究 ,阐明工作辊表面热冲击产生的机理和发展过程 。Thermal shock received by cold rolls during steel rolling and thermal shock resistance of the roll barrel have been analysed and inverstigated,forming nechanism and development process of the thermal shock on the cold roll surface have been elucidated and measures to reduce effect of the thermal shock have been put forward in this paper.
