摘　　要：目的　探讨乌苏里蝮蛇 (Gloydiusussuriensis Emelianov)采毒周期与排毒量的关系。　方法　将实验的蛇分成 6个组 ,全部采一次毒后分别测定采毒间隔周期为 5、 1 0、 1 5、 2 0、 2 5、 3 0天的排毒量 ;测定 5～ 1 0月份 ,周期为 3 0天的排毒量 ;并测定采毒频次的增加对排毒量、含水率和蝮蛇死亡率的影响及测定体重对排毒量的影响。　结果　 5、 6、 9、 1 0月份可 2 0天为一个采毒周期 ,在月平均温度较高的 7、8月份 ,1 5天为一个采毒周期 ,排毒量接近或超过该种的平均排毒量 1 1 .4mg。Objective To study the relationship about the venom's collection cycle and the quantity of the Gloydius ussuriensis Emelianov Methods Divide the experimental snake into six groups ,After gathering the venom, determine the amount in each cycle of 5?10?15?20?25?30 days, and the effection of the venom amounty, the water proportion and the mortality rate after increasing the gather's frequency,the influence that the weight affects the venom amount Result Treat twenty days as one venom gather's cycle in May,June,September,October,fifteen days in July and August which average temperature is higher The venom is close to or surpass the average amount (11 4mg) Conclusion After increasing the gather's frequency , the water proportion of snake venom and the mortality rate will be increased
