摘　　要：目的 :探讨周围神经损伤B超检查的临床价值。方法 :对 17例临床已确诊为周围神经损伤的患者采取健肢、患肢同一水平对比进行B超形态学检查。将获取的正常神经和损伤神经声像图进行比较、分析。结果 :高频超声能清晰显示周围神经的细微结构 ,根据周围神经损伤时超声的特异性表现 ,能确定病损部位、范围 ,神经缺损的长度 ,能识别假性神经瘤。结论 :B超为周围神经损伤提供了新的形态学诊断方法 ,对临床治疗和手术方案有重要指导价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of B mode ultrasonography in peripheral nerve injuries.Methods:Seventeen patients diagnosed as peripheral nerves injuries were examined of the normal and injured sides by high frequency B mode ultrasound,and the sonographic images were analyzed.Results:High frequency ultrasonography displayed minute structures of the peripheral nerve clearly,so that the muscle,tendon and fascia could be distingished.By the specific manifestations in injuried peripheral nerves,the place,scope of lesions and length of deefect nerves could be defined and the nerve tumor differentiated from soft tissue tumor.Conclusions:B mode ultrasonography provides a new approach for the diagnosis of peripheral nerve injuries,which is helpful for clinical treatment and surgery.
