摘  要:利用分子标记辅助选择技术把白叶枯病抗性基因Xa2 1导入到强优恢复系辐恢 83 8中 ,选育出抗白叶枯病恢复系中恢2 18,组配出强优势杂交中晚稻新组合协优 2 18。该组合具有产量较高、抗白叶枯病、易制种等特性 ,于 2 0 0 2年 2月通过江西省品种审定。The Xa21 gene resistant to bacterial leaf blight(BLB) was introduced to the restorer line Fuhui 838 by the marker assisted selection(MAS) technique.A new indica restorer line Zhonghui 218 and its hybrid Xieyou 218(Xieqingzao A/ Zhonghui 218) were developed in 1999.Xieyou 218 showed a high yielding ability, a good resistance to BLB and a high yield of F 1 seed production. It was registered and released to commercial production in Jiangxi Province in February, 2002. Its yield performance,major agronomic characters, grain quality and pest resistance were introduced. The key points of its cultural management and hybrid seed production techniques were also given in this paper.
