籼型三系不育系29A及其组合29优559的选育与应用

摘　　要：2 9A系江苏沿海地区农科所以珍汕 97B与V2 0B杂交再与珍汕 97A回交转育而成的籼型野败型不育系 ,具有不育性彻底、开花习性好、异交结实率高等特点 ,是江苏育成的第 1个籼型三系不育系。用 2 9A与盐恢 5 5 9配组育成的新组合 2 9优 5 5 9优势明显 ,抗病性较强 ,米质中上。 2 9A与 2 9优 5 5 9均于 2 0 0 3年 1月通过江苏省农作物品种审定。A, derived from the cross of Zhenshan 97A∥Zhenshan 97B/V20B by successive backcrossing, is a new WA type indica CMS line developed by the Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Jiangsu Costal Area. Characteristic of complete male sterility, favourable flowering habits and high outcrossing rate, it is the first indica CMS line developed in Jiangsu Province. Its hybrid 29 You 559 (29A/Yanhui 559) shows a strong heterosis, good disease resistance and acceptable grain quality. Both of 29A and 29 You 559 were examined and approved by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Jiangsu Province in 2003. The breeding procedure, major characteristics, and technical points in the multiplication, hybrid seed production and cultivation of 29A and 29 You 559 were introduced in this paper.
