摘 要:为了减少网络拥塞状况的发生,在分析了传统客户/服务器策略的前提下,提出了一种新的基于Web的地理信息系统(WebGIS)体系结构。这种面向对象的混合式结构,主要通过均匀分配负荷来获得系统良好的网络性能。以某电业局配电网调度管理系统为开发原型,将该技术应用于配电网地理信息系统中。详细介绍了基于Windows分布式Internet应用程序体系结构的系统架构设计原则和功能实现。实际使用结果表明,该系统具有良好的性能,网络技术和地理信息系统技术对于传统的电力工业有着积极的作用。A novel Web-based geographical information system (GIS) is proposed to relieve the congestion of transmission over the network after analyzing the conventional Client/Server strategy. This object-oriented hybrid strategy makes it possible to obtain good system performance mainly by a uniform distribution of loading. This technology is applied to the GIS with the distribution network dispatch management system of a certain power bureau as the prototype. The design principles and implementation of functions of the hybrid strategy based on the Windows distributed Internet application program architecture are described. Actual application results show that this system possesses good performance. The development tools of this application are Visual C++ and MapX. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Spatial Ware are chosen for the spatial data and metadata database application. A conclusion is drawn based on the evaluation of this case. The network and geographical information system technology will play an active role in the traditional power industry.
