摘 要:为探讨制作除氟效果较好的骨盐除氟剂方法,采用不同方法制作除氟剂,比较其除氟效果以筛选较好的制作方法,对商品骨炭、再生骨盐及各种方法制作的各种骨炭进行除氟效果比较,结果表明商品骨炭除氟效果最差,炉火燃烧制品除氟效果优于商品骨炭但不稳定,骨粉炒制骨炭除氟效果较好但制取成本较高,管式炭化炉烧制新骨炭与炒制法相似且操作方便,利用骨炭除氟剂制作细末制成的再生骨盐除氟效果最好。In order to study the effective method of making defluoridation reagent by animal bone, the effect of defluoridation reagent made with different method was compared to screen the best making way. As compared with defluoridation efficacy of commercial bone char, purified bone-salt and those bone char made with different methods, it showed that the efficacy of defluoridation of commercial bone char was the worst one, that the efficacy of the bone char made by burning on stove fire was better than that of commercial bone char but it was not steady, and that the same effects were found in that made by stir-fried bone-dust and burning in tube-stove, the latter, named new bone-char, was more economy, simple and convenient one. The effect of purified bone-salt made from waste dust of bone char was the best one among all of these defluoridation reagents. The method of making bone char with tube-stove and extracting the purified bone-salt from the waste minute particle of bone char were suitable for reagents of bone-salt defluoridation.
