新疆部分维吾尔族、汉族和哈萨克族居民骨密度影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了确定各种生活因子和膳食营养素对新疆不同民族骨密度的影响,以指导骨质疏松症的防治工作,对新疆乌鲁木齐、伊犁、乌苏、吐鲁番地区20～70岁的维吾尔族、汉族和哈萨克族887名健康人进行问卷调查,并用QCT法测定腰椎松质骨密度(Bone mineral density,BMD)值,结果表明;(1)各民族相比较,哈萨克族和维吾尔族女性BMD高于汉族女性(P<O.05);(2)未见吸烟、饮酒对BMD的影响;(3)维吾尔族男性、女性和哈萨克族男性及汉族女性体重与BMD呈负相关(P<0.01);汉族女性身高与BMD呈正相关(P<0.01);(4)VitC和VitE与哈族BMD呈负相关(P<0.05);(5)BMD对膳食营养素的多元逐步回归结果表明钙是影响BMD的主要因素。作者认为:(1)不同民族BMD有差异;(2)吸烟、饮酒不影响BMD;(3)身高、体重是BMD的影响因素;(4)在多个影响因素中钙是影响BMD的主要因素,健康的生活习惯和合理膳食有可能预防骨密度降低。In order to evaluate the effects of various lifestyle and nutritional factors on spinal bone mineral density ( BMD) of nationalities in Xinjiang, so as to guide the strategy for prevention of osteoporosis, a total of 887 healthy Han, Uygur, Kazak nationalities persons, aged 20-70, were investigated to obtain information of their lifestyle and nutrition conditions. They also underwent CT scan to determine their spinal BMD, Results showed that, (1) BMD of Kazak and Uygur females were higher than that of Han females (P < 0. 05 ) ; (2) Drinking and smoking had no effect on BMD in each nationality; (3) There are negative correlation between the BMD and weight in Uygur and Kazak males ,as well as in Kazak and Han females (P <0.01) ; (4) Vit C or Vit E had negative effects on BMD in Kazak nationality (P <0. 05 ) ; (5 ) The multiple linear regression about nutritional factors for BMD indicated that calcium was the main factor for BMD changes. The author considered that, (1) There be different BMD in different nationality; (2) Drinking and smoking have no effect on BMD in each nationality; (3) Height and weight be both influence factors to BMD. (4) Calcium play an important role for BMD compared with other factors. Healthy lifestyle and reasonable diet would be useful for BMD.
