乌鲁木齐市少年儿童肠道寄生虫感染调查与防治效果评价

摘　　要：为了解乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童和中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况,于1997～1998年随机抽取乌鲁木齐市6所学校,按《全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则》调查4 540人,总感染率为15.51％,共查见肠道寄生虫15种;用阿苯哒唑(100mg/×2/d)×3d,总剂量为600mg进行集体驱虫;对维吾尔族学生中蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫感染者单独用甲硝唑等药物治疗;对微小膜壳绦虫感染者用吡喹酮等药物治疗,3个月后复查,集体驱虫后共调查3 113人,总感染率为7.99％,感染下降率为48.48％;共查见10种肠道寄生虫,较防治前减少5种,结果表明乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童、中小学生肠道寄生虫感染率低于新疆人体寄生虫平均感染率。To know the infection situation of intestinal parasites and the control effects after mass chemo-therapy among children and adolescents in Urumqi, the survey of the intestinal parasitic infections and the e-valuation of the control effects was made from 1997 to 1998. Six schools were sampled randomly out of all schools of Urumqi. The survey was conducted following The Implement Detailed Rules of The National Investi-gation on the Distribution of Human Parasites. The mass chemotherapy was done with Albendazole at a total dose of 600mg [100mg ×2/d) ×3d]. The Uygur students infected with Giardia lamblia and Hymenolepis na-na were cured specially with Metronidazole and Praziquantel respectively. Three months later, we reexamined, and evaluated the control effect using the Depressed Rate of Parasites Infections (PIDR). Totally 4540 people were investigated and the overall prevalence was 15.51% , and 15 species of parasites were figured out. The overall prevalence in a sample of 3113 was 7. 99% after mass chemotherapy, and the PIDR was 48. 48%. Ten species were found, with 5 species being reduced as compared with before. The prevalence of intestinal parasites of children and adolescents was significantly lower than that of Xinjiang human parasites. This mass chemotherapy had evident social and indirect economic results, with little side effect.
