摘　　要：针对多点成形压力机基本体安装模板上的圆孔对板的强度与刚度的削弱作用,应用ANSYS商业软件对圆孔密集分布模板进行了有限元分析。获得了圆孔不同分布状态下的应力分布规律和变形状况。采用子模型技术详细探讨了孔边的应力集中,应力分布的计算结果对多点成形压力机的设计具有重要指导作用。In view of the effect of multiple circular holes on the strength and stiffness of the elementmatrix instillation board in multipoint forming press,plates with dense circular holes were analysed using ANSYS software,the stress and deformation distributions in boards with different numbers of holes are obtained.The stress concentration near hole is investigated in detail by submodel technique.The calculated results of stresses distribution presented in the paper are very useful to the design of multipoint forming press.
