我国民主宪政制度的建立探析

摘　　要：文章从我国目前完善民主政治、建设社会主义市场经济的国情出发,指出我国应从尊重宪法开始,提高公民宪政意识,有步骤地推进宪政建设,限制公共权力,保障公民权利,真正开启宪法时代。Starting from the national conditions of our country that it is striving for concentrating on improving socialist democracy and establishing market economy, the paper points out that China should first start from respecting the Constitution to increase the citizens' consciousness of constitutionalism, create a constitutional government step by step, restrict the public power, guarantee civil rights and hence create an Age of Constitution.
