糖克丸降糖机理的实验研究

摘  要:目的 :探讨中药糖克丸的降糖机理。方法 :手术切除胰腺法制备糖尿病实验犬模型。糖克丸为纯中药制剂。血糖测定用微量血糖测试仪。血清胰岛素水平和C肽测定均为实验室常规方法。结果 :胰腺完全切除组与大部切除组的犬血清胰岛素均降至敏感值以下 ,实验组用糖克丸灌喂后可使胰岛素水平恢复至 5 .9~ 9.19μIU/ml,血清C肽不随胰岛素的升高而升高 ,反而有降低趋势。结论 :糖克丸在ATP的辅助下 ,有可能促使外分泌腺和 /或导管细胞转分化成胰岛素表达的 β细胞。Objective:To make inquires about the mechanism of decreasing blood glucose with Tang-Ke-Ball post-treatment in diabetes model dogs. Methods:Excision pancreas of dogs was prepared for diabetes model dogs. Tang-Kc-Ball was a prescription of pure traditional chinese medicine. Blood glucose of experiment dogs was detected by microanalysismeter of blood glucose. The Serum insulin level and C-peptide were tested by the routine ways in laboratory.Results:The serum insulin of full excision pancreas group and partial excision pancreas group all were declined to below susceptibility. Serum insulin level of experiment groups could renew about 5.9~9.19μIU/ml with Tang-Kc-Ball post-treatment in diabetes model dogs. Serum C-peptide of them did not go up simultaneously and had trends of drop.Conclusion: Under assist a ruler in Tang-Ke-Ball Post-treatment in diabetes model dogs, which may promote exocrine and/or vessel cells transformed β cells of expressing insulin.
