摘　　要：对闪速炉废热锅炉水冷壁管爆裂原因进行分析 ,确认爆裂是由低温硫酸露点腐蚀和烟气冲刷磨蚀引起。实践证明 ,等离子热喷涂及 5 0Cr5The explosion of the water wall tube of waste boiler of flash furnace was described, the reason for such explosion was detailedly analysed. It is proved that the reason for the explosion is gas erosion and low temperature erosion, and the tube explosion can be effectively solved by application of Ni-Cr alloy thermal spraying.
