摘 要:本文制备了适于低压使用的CTA—CA共混反渗透膜;详细考察了各种制膜工艺参数,如聚合物浓度,蒸发时间、凝胶浴种类等对膜反渗透性能的影响,对不同CA-CTA比例的反渗透膜的耐压密性进行了考察:作为新的尝试选择氛面活性剂的水溶液作为凝胶介质及其对膜性能的影响。结果表明:当共混膜中CTA所占比例达到50%时即可有效地改善CA膜的耐压密性;以表面活性剂水溶液为凝胶介质时在一定条件下可以有效地改善膜的脱盐率和水通量,且该CA-CTA膜,在适宜的制膜下,以自来水为进料液,操作压力为10公斤/厘米~2时,膜的部盐率可达91.7%,同时水通量为1.31米~2/米~2·天。CA-CTA blend membranes for low pressure reverse osmosis were prepared. The effects of some manufactures variables on reverse osmosis performance of resulted mem- brane, such as polymer concentration, evaporation time and the king of coagulation were investigated. The membrane resistance to compaction made from several ratio of CA-CTA was tested. As a new attempt, several serfactants aquous solutions were selected as coagulation and its effect on membrane performances was discussed. The results showed that CA membrane resistance to compaction had been improved effectively when CTA content in creased to 50%. In addition, the rejection and the flux of membrane coagulating in the aqueous solutions of some surfactants were increased under the some conditions. The best CA-CTA membrane had 91.7% rejection and 1.3m^3/m^2 ·d product rate for tap water inthe condition of operation pressure 10kg/cm^2.
