A Straight Bourdon Tube and Its Strain-Pressure Characteristics

摘  要:详细分析了C型弹簧管(CBT)上各点处纵、横向应变与压力之间的关系,提出并设计了一种新型弹簧管——直弹簧管,考虑了直弹簧管设计中的几个问题,实验测量了这种直弹簧管的横向应变-压力特性,并与C型弹簧管的应变-压力特性进行了比较。结果表明:直弹簧管的横向灵敏度大约分别是C型弹簧管纵向和横向灵敏度的5.2倍和3.6倍,而且直弹簧管的横向应变与外加压力之间成线性关系。The relationships of the longitudinal and transverse strains at different positions on a Cshape bourdon tube (CBT) surface and the applied pressure have been analyzed in detail; a novel bourdon tube, that is, straight bourdon tube (SBT), is then proposed and designed. Several questions are taken into account in the SBT design. The strainpressure characteristics of a SBT are measured experimentally, and are compared with the longitudinal and transverse strainpressure characteristics of a CBT. The results have shown that the transverse sensitivity of the SBT is approximately 3.6 times greater than that of the CBT, and 5.2 times greater than the longitudinal sensitivity of the CBT. Additionally, the transverse strain of the SBT is linear relation with the applied pressure.
