摘　　要：介绍了纺织产品的工程设计的重要性及其基础研究的概况 。The paper presents the development of engineering design system for textiles and clothing mechanical performance.This is the first part in which discussions and reviews have been made on elementary study for engineering design of mechanical performance of textiles and various engineering aspects of structureal design,material design and manufacturing design for woven fabrics.
