摘　　要：我国行政法治状况日益改善 ,民主政治建设不断发展。行政法治促进了我国的民主政治建设 ,这主要体现在立法、执法。China's conditions of administration under the rule of law has been improving,and democracy has been developing.Administration under the rule of law has promoted China's democracy,which mainly embodies the legislation,enforcement of law and supervision by the law.
