摘　　要：工程建设事关国计民生 ,各国政府对工程质量都有较多的监督措施。在比较各国对工程建设主体资格监督的基础上 ,提出了我国应当改进之处 ,特别是针对建设工程主体监督的信息化问题 ,探讨了国际、国内的发展情况。Construction connects the national economy and the people's livelihood. Many national governments have made many supervisory measures on the quality of construction. These supervisory measures are analysed, then workers advance improve on measures. The improement of ours, especially the informationization of the supervision is suggested. Its latest development at home and abroad in introduced.
