摘　　要：本文在对重要语法著作关于概数的论述的基础上,对概数的性质、表示概数的主要方法及其语义解释和概数表示指定区间中不同数的概率进行了探讨。The paper discussed the property of approximate numbers of Chinese,on the base of review of important Chinese grammar works,and discussed the main ways expressing approximate numbers and their semantic explanations,as well as probed into the probabilities being referred of distinct numerals in the interval expressed by an approximate number.
