摘　　要：本文主要介绍了西方马克思主义者费恩博格的技术哲学理论。费恩博格把非常广泛的理论探讨与具体经验事例结合起来,提出了技术领域的民主化、技术准则、可选择的技术理性等理论,为“反本质主义”的技术哲学和可选择的现代化理论进行了辩护。他的技术批判理论不同于肤浅的技术乐观主义和阴沉的技术悲观主义,是有开创意义的,能给我们很多启示。The paper introduces the theory of technolocal philosophy byAndrew Feenberg an occidental Marxist.He combines the broad theoretical arguments with actual experiences and put forward such points as democratization in technological fields,technical rules and optional technical rationality.His theory defends for modern technological theory against'Anti-Intrinsics Theory'.His the-ory of technological criticism provides us with some significant recognition of contemporary science and technology.
