摘 要:本文报道了一种盐浴不老化低温电解渗硫新工艺,并以其对细纱钢领进行了复合热处理。实际装机纺纱考察发现,低温电解渗硫可使细纱钢领的使用寿命提高3倍以上。文章指出,这是钢领表面生成了厚度为2—7μm的硫化亚铁(FeS)层,以及接触面下应力大小和状态均得以改善的结果。A new salt bath anti-ageing low temperature electrolytic sulphurizing process was introduced in this paper. The spun yarn rings were treated by this new process. The practical application results shown that the service life of rings treated by low temperature electrolytic sulphurizing process can prolong over three times. This is resulted from that FeS layer (2-7μm in thickness) is formed on the surfaces of rings and the contact pressure and state are all improved. FeS is of the hexagonal structure, its hardness is approximate 80 HV, the shearing strength is low, the friction coefficient drops from 0.4-0.5 to 0.1-0.2. The rings are separated from the contacted steel-wire rings by FeS layer, it protects the steel working pieces from direct contact so that the adhesion can be effectively prevented. FeS has the good thermostability, and it can not appear oxygenolysis under the temperature of 600℃ in the air, thus the friction plane of ring can not be sparkweared by oxidizing under flash temperature.
