摘  要:活塞环双端面磨削时,切屑也经历弹性变形、塑性变形、滑移形成切屑等过程;以水基磨削液作冷却液磨削活塞环双端面时,砂轮磨损形态有磨粒磨损、磨粒碎裂、磨粒脱落;83—1磨削液是以冷却、清洗为主,兼顾防锈、润滑的水溶性离子配方,由水溶性防锈剂、润滑添加剂、阴离子及非离子、表面活性剂等组成;83—1型磨削液的浓度配制以6%为佳。When the double-end aurface of a piston ring is grinded,the chips also go through the following processes: elastic deformation, plastic deformationt and slipping. If water base grinding lubricant is used as coolant for piston ring double-end surface grinding,wearing of the grinding wheel takes the follow ing forms:abrasive grains wearing,abrasive grains fragmentation and abrasive grains shedding,etc. 83 —1 grinding lubricant, with cooling and washing as the main function,is of a water-soluble ion dispensation preparation. It also has the functions of rust-preventing and lubricating. It is composed of watersoluble antirust agent, lubricant additive,anion , nonion and surfactant. The optimum density of 83-1 grinding lubricant is 6%.
