摘　　要：农村社区组织的发展和完善是我国农村社会经济可持续发展的重要保证,应重点加强对村民委员会、农村社区经济组织、农村社区科技文化组织和农村社区保障组织的培育。人力资本是农村社区可持续发展和组织功能发挥的关键要素,重点是要加大对农村社区人力资本的积累。It's the important assurant that the development and perfection of the rural community organization for sustainable development of the rural society and economy in China, it should be emphasized that cultivation of the village committee and the rural community economy organization and the rural community science & technology organization and the rural community insurance organization. The Human resources is the key factor for the sustainable development of the rural community and exerting of organization function; it' s the keynote that we must increase accumulation of the human resources in rural community.
