摘　　要：《独立宣言》被马克思称作:“人类历史上第一个人权宣言”。它所倡导的价值观——生存、自由、平等、民主又隐私权,对美国近现代文化产生了深远影响。研读《独立宣言》,可以使我们更好地了解中西文化差异,从而取长补短。《Independence Declaration》is called by Marx'the first human right declaration in the human history.'The value point of view it proposes,that is,existence,liberty,equality,democracy and pri-vacy,has profound effect on the American modern culture.Studying carefully the 《Independence Decla-ration》,we can better understand the difference between Chinese and western culture and adopt their strong points while overcome our weak points.
