摘　　要：目的对部队无偿献血者的血液质量进行回顾性分析,评价部队无偿献血者的血液质量。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP;速率法检测ALT。初检、复检使用不同厂家的试剂,由不同人员分别操作。结果采集血液10708份,初、复检不合格者分别为299份和213份;ALT单项不合格者为313份,占总不合格人数的61.1%。结论必须严格执行对献血者血液进行初检、复检两次检测的规定;加强对献血者献血前合理进餐的宣传教育,降低假阳性率,确保血液质量。Objective To assess the quality of blood of volunteering donor through retrospective assay.Methods HBsAg ,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP were detected by ELISA,and the ALT was tested by kinetics,and the test kits of first test and the second test were used different manufacture,and operator either.Results Of all10708blood samples.The disqualification numbers of first test and second test were299and233,and ALT was313.Conclusion The ruler of two times tests of first and second on donor should be executed strictly,the propaganda and education of reasonable meal before denoting blood should be rein forced in order to decline the false positivity rate and ensure the quality of blood.
