清化消瘀方治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症36例总结  

36 Cases of Diabetes Ⅱ Combined Hyperlipemia Treated by Qinghua Xiaoyu Decoction

摘　　要：采用清化消瘀方治疗 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症 36例 ,并与西医常规治疗的 2 8例进行对照 ,主要观察两组治疗前后证候、血糖、血脂的改善情况 ,结果治疗组显效 2 2例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 97.2 % ,对照组显效 14例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 85 .7% ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时两组治疗前后证候和HDL -C变化情况比较 ,P<0 .0 5。Qinghua Xiaoyu decoction was used for treating 36 cases of diabetes Ⅱ combined hyperlipemia and controled with 28 cases treated by routine western medicine.The improvement of symptoms,signs, blood sugar and blood-lipid were mainly observed in two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that 22 cases in the treatment group were markedly effective,13 improved ,ineffective,the rotal rate being 97.2%,in the control group corresponding fingers were 14,10,1 and 85.7%.There were significant defferences ( P<0.05 ) as compared between two groups.The improvements of symptoms,signs and HDL-C in two groups before and after treatment were significant defferences( P<0.05 ).
