摘  要:目的 :探讨大蒜体外抑菌作用。方法 :用K B纸片扩散法大蒜浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、炭疽杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :大蒜对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论Objective: To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of ASL on bacteria. Methods: K B paper was dispersed with original solution and the circular filter paper was presoaked with ASL water extract and observed the effect on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, P. aeruginosa, B. anthracis, E. coli, P.vulgaris α hemolytic streptococcus, β hemolytic streptococcus. Results: It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion: Allium sativum L. has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.
