摘  要:目的 比较 3种复温方法对冷海水浸泡所致的体温过低症的复温效果。方法 实验动物共 12只 ,全麻后分为 3组 ,分别置于 ( 12± 2 )℃的冷海水中 ,待肛温 2 5℃时 ,分别采用 (CPB)复温、腹腔灌流、胸腔灌流等复温技术进行复温 ,观察复温速率。结果  3种复温方法都能使实验犬体温恢复正常。结论 复温效果以CPB血液复温最佳 ,腹腔复温优于胸腔复温 ( p<0 .0 5 )OBJECTIVE The rewarming rate were compared by three different methods in accidental hypothermia from immersing in cold seawater. METHODS 12 healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups. All animals were immersed in cold seawater with only the head and distal extremities exposed. The cold water was removed when the retum temperature reached 25℃. Rewarming was accomplished using CPB, peritoneal irrigation and pleural irrigation. RESULTS Dogs can be recovered from hypothermia by three methods of rewarming. CONCLUSION The rewarming rate of CPB is the rewarming rate of peritoneal irrigation is betterer than pleural irrigation (p<0.05).
