苦瓜叶的抑菌试验

摘　　要：目的 :探讨苦瓜叶对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、肺炎链球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、肖氏沙门氏菌 (旧称乙型副伤寒杆菌 )、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制作用。方法 :琼脂扩散法。结果 :不同浓度的苦瓜叶对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、肺炎链球菌具有抑菌作用 ,0 .2 5 g/ml、0 .5 g/ml、0 .75 g/ml、1.0g/ml的苦瓜叶对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径分别为 8mm、12mm、15mm、2 0mm ;0 .75 g/ml、1.0 g/ml的苦瓜叶对白喉杆菌、肺炎链球菌均分别形成 8mm、12mm的抑菌圈 ;福氏痢疾杆菌、肖氏沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌无抑菌圈。结论 :苦瓜叶对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、肺炎链球菌具有抑菌作用。The inhibitive activity is discussed in this paper on S.aureus?C.dipheriae?S.pneumoniae?S.flexneri,Salmonella schollmuelleri (S.paratyphi B)?E.coli and P.aeruginosa.The method was used of means of agar plate diffusions.The results show that different leaf concentration resolution can inhibit S.aureus?C.dipheriae?S.pneumoniae,because the inhibitive cicle's diameters of S.aureus were 8?12?15?20 mm by 0.25?0.50?0.75?1.00g/ml leaf solutions,respectively.And the circle's diameters of C.dipheriae and S.pneumoniae were 8,12 mm by 0.75,1.00 g/ml,respectively.However,the solutions were not effective on S.flexneri?Salmonella schollmuelleri,E.coli and P.aeruginosa.The conclusion is that leaf of Momordica charantia L.can inhibit the growth of S.aureus?C.dipheriae?S.pneumoniae.
