摘　　要：目的　比较金银花从花蕾到开花的过程中绿原酸的含量变化。方法　以绿原酸含量和提取物得率为考察指标 ,通过对水提和水提醇沉两种方法进行比较。结果　金银花花蕾中绿原酸的含量较高 ,达 7.86 %。结论　金银花开花过程中绿原酸的含量呈下降趋势 ,醇沉能有效去除提取物中的杂质。Objective To compare the content of chlorogenic acid(CGAs) in Flos Lonicerae of different periods.Methods The extraction process was investigated by solvent extraction and ethanol precipitation, with extractive yield and chlorogenic acid as the indexes.Results The content of CGAs in buds of honeysuckles is 7.86%,and it is higher than that in the flowers.Conclusion The content of CGAs decreased as the flowers grew up. Ethanol precipitation could be used in the purification of extracts.
