龙爪槐花中有效成分芦丁的含量测定

摘　　要：目的　从龙爪槐花中提取芦丁 ,开发芦丁新的药源。方法　采集不同花期龙爪槐的花 ,提取后用紫外分光光度法和比色法测定芦丁的含量。结果　龙爪槐花中含有有效成分芦丁。芦丁呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 99.3% ,RSD为 1 .9%。龙爪槐不同时期中含有 5 .6 %～ 1 0 .0 8%的芦丁。Objective To extract rutin in flowers of Sophora japonica L. f. pendula Lound. Arb. Brit.,and develop new herbal medicinal resources.Methods Fowers of Sophora japonica L. f. pendula Lound.Arb.Brit.in different periods were collected.Rutins in flowers were determined by UV spectrophotometry and chromometry.Results Rutin is a active composition in the fowers of Sophora japonica L. f.pendula Lound. Arb. Brit..Rutin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 8～48 μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion The fowers of Sophora japonica L. f. pendula Lound. Arb. Brit may be devedoped as a new medicinal resource for extracting rutin.
