摘　　要：目的　探讨防衰降脂中血清唾液酸 (SA)测定的意义。　 方法 　测定实验性高脂血症大耳白兔用药前后血清SA含量的变化。　 结果　补肾抗衰灵组高、低剂量组血清SA含量较阳性对照组低 ,且差异显著 ;安妥明组血清SA含量较对照组虽低 ,但无统计学意义。　 结论 　血清SA含量测定可作为老年学研究和高脂血症治疗的参考指标。Objective To determine the significance of the lever of serum sialic acid(SA) in the study of antiaging and decreasing serum lipid. Methods The changes of the levels of sialic acid in serum were measured in experimental rabbits when medicines were used. Results The data confirmed that the level of SA were higher in control group than that in those given Chinese traditional medicine ; though clofibrate may lower SA,there was no statistical significance in comparison to control group. Conclusions The level of serum SA may be an parameter in the study of antiaging and hyperlipidemia.
