摘  要:目的 探讨5-碘-N(2-羟基乙基)水杨醛亚胺合钢(Ⅱ)类化合物的合成。方法 利用自制的5-碘水杨醛和乙醇胺反应生成5-碘-N(2-羟基乙基)水杨醛亚胺席夫碱配体与各种钢盐反应生成四种不同的配合物。结果 合成了 5-碘-N(2-羟基已基)水杨醛亚胺合铜(Ⅱ)类化合物,并通过电子光谱、红外光谱及元素分析确定化合物的结构和组成。结论 某些席夫碱的过渡金属鳌合物具有良好的抗癌抑菌活性。我们设计合成了5-碘-N(2-羟基乙基)水杨醛亚胺合铜(Ⅱ)类化合物,以期得到良好效果。Objective To study the synthesis of 5 - iodium - N(2 - nitro- ethyl) salicylic aldehyde imine synthetic copper( Ⅱ ). Methods 5 - iodium- N salicylic aldehyde made by ourselves reacted with ethanolamine to produce 5 - iodium- N (2 - nitro- ethyl) and salicylic alidehyde imine schiffs base ligand reacted with various kinds of copper and salt to produce four different kinds of chemical compounds. Results 5 - iodium- N(2 - nitro- ethyl) salicylic aldehyde imine synthetic ketone (Ⅱ ) was synthesized. The structure and composition of the chemical compounds were determined with electronic spectrium,infrared spectrium and element analysis. Conclusion It is reported according to date that some transient metal chelater of schiffs have antitumor and bacteriostatic actions. According to data, we have synthesized the compound of 5 - iodium- N(2 - nitro- ethyl) salicylic aide- hyde synthetic copper(Ⅱ) and expect a good result.
