鼻饲补液抢救糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨配合鼻饲补液对糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的疗效。方法 对40例确诊为糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的患者采用鼻饲温开水联合静脉输入0.6％盐水及胰岛素或单纯静脉补液治疗,所获数据经t检验和X^2检验。结果 鼻饲组22例中有20例血浆有效渗透压降至320mmol/L以下,对照组 18例中有 10例血浆有效渗透压降至320mmol/L以下(P<0.025)。结论 鼻饲温开水是抢救糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷的有效措施,能显著降低病死率。Objective To study the curative effect of matching nasal feeding fluid infusion to Diabetic nonketonic hyperosmotic coma. Methods To 40 cases of patients with confirmed diagnosis of Diabetic nonketonic hyperosmotic coma, were adopt nasal feeding warm boiled water and vein imputing 0. 6% saline and insulin, or simple veinfluid infusion. Results In 22 cases of nasal feeding group, the plasma effetcive osmotic pressure of 20 cases falls blow 320 mmol/L and in 18 cases of conmtrast group, th plasma effectve osmotic pressure of 8 cases falls blow320 mmol/L(P<0.025) .Conclusion Nasal feeding warm boiled water is effective method, which can depress fatality rate significantly.
