南极长城站附近海区浮游植物色素的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：本文对南极长城站附近海区所采集的浮游植物样品 ,利用薄层层析技术进行了色素分离、鉴定。结果分离出浮游植物色素 1 5种 ,根据 Jeffrey(1 96 1 )海洋藻类各种色素的 Rf值 (迁移率 )鉴定出的有 1 3种。Of the 15 kinds of phytoplankton pigments collected in the adjacent waters(62°12.5′S, 58°53′W-62°14.5′S, 58°57′W)of the Great Wall Station, Antarctica during March 1988-February 1989, 13 kinds were identified according to the Rf values of various marine algae pigments (Jeffrey, 1961). The features of seasonal variations of phytoplankton pigments from the study area are also discussed.
