针刺对哮喘豚鼠肺内嗜酸细胞凋亡及Fas表达的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察针刺定喘、膏肓、肺俞、丰隆等穴对哮喘豚鼠嗜酸粒细胞 (EOS)凋亡及 Fas表达的影响。方法　将 2 7只豚鼠随机分成 3组 ,哮喘模型组、针刺组和空白组。造模同时分别针刺 ,2 w后 ,心脏采血并取肺组织 ,HE染色 ,以 TUNEL法观测肺内 EOS凋亡 ,以免疫组化观测 Fas抗原表达。结果　空白组、模型组少见 EOS凋亡及 FAS阳性表达 ,而针刺组见 EOS凋亡 ,有较多的 FAS抗原阳性表达的细胞。结论　针刺可诱导哮喘豚鼠的肺内Objective To explore the effect and Acupuncture on Apoptosis of pulmonary eosinphiles (PE) in asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods twenty seven guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups at random, an asthma model group, an acupuncture group and an control group. PE apoptosis were observed by TdT mediated duTp nick end labeling technique and the expression of Fas, by immunohistochemistry. Results In the asthmatic group, the amount of infiltrating PE increased and Peapoptotic index decreased significantly .In the Acupuncture group the two parameters changed significantly ( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture can inhibit PE apoptosis.
