摘 要:本文分析了一种新型谐振变换器拓扑—谐振直流环节逆变器(RDCLI)的单相逆变器的工作原理和控制方法,利用计算机数字仿真得到了额定容量为1kW的逆变器在阻性、感性和容性负载下的各种动、静态特性波形。文中比较了三种不同的电流内环控制方案。由于滞环控制的脉冲调节方案可以自由地选择开关模态,即可以选择0,+1和-1模态,使输出电压能够很好地跟踪给定电压信号。而CR△M方案只能选择-1和+1模态。优化脉冲调节方案在输出电压的正半周和负半周分别只能选择+1和0或-1和0模态,其动态响应性能不好。仿真结果表明,滞环控制的脉冲调节方案适用于RDCLI。实验波形验证了数字仿真结果的正确性。本文为构成这种谐振逆变器提供了设计、分析基础。This paper analyzes the operation principle and control strategies of single-phase Resonant DC Link Inverters (RDCLI), which is a new kind of resonant converter topology. With the help of a digital computer,a 1kW RDCLI is analyzed in a wide range of loads to understand its performance characteristics. Three control strategies are discussed and compared in details. In the Hysitresis Current Pulse-Modulation (HCPM) method,since +1, - 1 and 0 states may be freely chosen, a current error band is employed to select the freewheeling state. The results show this method leads to a good dynamic response. In the other two kinds of control strategies, there are certain demerits. Only +1 and -1 states can be chosen in the current regulated delta modulation (CRAM) while only +1 and 0 states in the positive half cycle of the output voltage may be selected in Optimum Pulsemodulation (OPM) and - 1 and 0 states in the negative half cycle. Conclusion is drawn that HCPM is suitable for this new kind of inverter. Simulation and experimental waveforms are also presented in this paper.
