摘　　要：目的 :寻找针刺耳穴贴压对胆囊收缩功能治疗效应的客观依据。方法 :对 76例胆囊炎患者采用针刺和耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗 ,观察在脂餐前后胆囊大小、运动功能变化情况。 结果 :治疗后较治疗前胆囊收缩明显提高 ,胆囊张力减低、胆囊回声减少或消失、胆囊壁厚度变薄 ,超声“莫菲征”转阴者占 84 2 % ,经统计学处理差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :针刺加耳穴贴压可使胆囊收缩功能增强 ,对胆囊炎有明显的治疗作用 。Objective To search the objective basis for the effect of acupuncture and auricular point sticking on contractibility of gallbladder. Methods 76 cases of cholecystitis were treated by acupuncture, and auricular point sticking with Semen Vaccariae, and changes of the size and movement function of the gallbladder before and after fat diet were investigated. Results After treatment the contractibility of the gallbladder increased significantly, tension of the gallbladder decreased, echo of the gallbladder reduced or disappeared, and the wall of gallbladder thinned, with ultrasonic 'Murphy's Sign' turned to negative in 84 2% of the patients (all P <0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture and auricular point sticking can strengthen contractibility of the gallbladder and have an obvious therapeutic effect on cholecystitis, and help restore function of the gallbladder.
