摘　　要：目的 :探讨量化针刺手法对急性闭角型青光眼的“临床前期”眼房水流量 (F值 )的影响 (以下简称F值 )。方法 :对 198例 (2 0 4眼 )随机分为观察与对照两组 ,观察针刺后 3、6、12个月F值的临床效果 ,并对家兔眼房水进行针刺后的实验室生化分析。 结果 :通过 3个时段的效果分析 ,观察组效果显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且兔眼房水生化分析中离子浓度和渗透压均有明显改变。结论 :量化针刺手法对眼房水流量影响显著 ,是临床防治青光眼有效的方法之一。Objective To explore the effect of quantitative acupuncture manipulation on aqueous outflow (F value) in the patient of acute angle closure glaucoma at 'clinical prodromal stage'. Methods 198 cases (204 eyes) were randomly divided into 2 groups, experiment group and control group, the F values were detected 3, 6 and 12 months after acupuncture respectively. Also, biochemical analysis of aqueous humor in the rabbit after acupuncture were made. Results The experiment group 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment showed obvious effects on the F values ( P <0 05), and ion content and osmotic pressure of aqueous humor in the rabbit had significant changes. Conclusion The quantitative acupuncture manipulation has a significant effect on aqueous outflow and it is one of effective methods for prophylaxis and treatment of glaucoma.
