摘 要:目的 :探讨穴位刺血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎大鼠的机理。方法 :以卵清蛋白建立大鼠实验性变应性鼻炎模型 ,用放射免疫分析法检测穴位刺血治疗前后下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆、鼻黏膜P物质含量 ,并设立中药穴位敷贴、二丙酸氯地米松喷雾治疗和正常健康对照。结果 :变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜P物质含量明显高于同期正常对照组 ,下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、血浆P物质水平则低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。穴位刺血治疗后鼻黏膜P物质明显下降 ,而下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺组织内P物质升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与阳性治疗对照组结果相似 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :穴位刺血疗法对实验性变应性鼻炎大鼠下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴紊乱和鼻黏膜异常的P物质水平有明显的调整作用。Objective To explore the mechanism of pricking blood therapy for treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Model rats of experimental allergic rhinitis were established by ovalbumin, and model group, pricking blood therapy group, Chinese herb point application therapy group and beclomethasone dipropionate (BDP) treatment group, and normal control group were set up, and contents of substance P in the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal gland, plasma and nasal mucosa before and after treatment were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of substance P in the nasal mucosa in the model rats were higher, and in the the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal gland and plasma were lower than those in the normal control group ( P <0 05). After the treatment with pricking blood therapy, the level of substance P in the nasal mucosa decreased significantly and in the hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal gland increased ( P <0 05), which were similar to those in the positive treatment control group ( P >0 05). Conclusion Point pricking blood therapy has regulative effect on abnormal levels of substance P in the hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis and the nasal mucosa in the rat of experimental allergic rhinitis.
