摘　　要：目的 :介绍电针刺激参数的研究进展 ,为临床应用和科研设计提供参考资料。方法 :从电针频率、电针强度、刺激时间等方面对近来研究电针刺激参数的文献报道做一综述。结果 :不同电针刺激参数对针刺效应 (尤其镇痛 )产生不同的影响。结论 :对电针刺激参数的研究 ,不仅有利于客观分析影响针刺起效的因素 。Objective To introduce advances of studies on stimulating parameters of electroacupuncture for providing reference for clinical application and design of scientific research. Methods The recent literature and reports about studies of stimulating parameters of electroacupuncture, frequency, intensity, duration of electroacupuncture were reviewed. Results Different stimulating parameters of electroacupuncture have different influences on acupuncture effects, particularly, analgesic effect. Conclusion The study on stimulating parameters of electroacupuncture not only is beneficial to analysis of factors influencing acupuncture producing effects, but also provides good referring data for the studies of acupuncture mechanisms.
