胡芦巴对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的改善作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胡芦巴对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的改善效果。方法 :用链脲佐菌素诱发大鼠糖尿病后给予胡芦巴治疗 ,观察其对尿蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、尿素氮、肾脏指数、肾小球体积及肾脏病变的影响。结果 :胡芦巴能减少尿蛋白排泄率 ,降低血肌酐和尿素氮水平 ,减轻肾脏病变程度。结论Objective:To evaluate the ameliorative effect of fenugreek seeds on renal lesion in diabetic rats.Methods:Fenugreek seeds were given to STZ induced diabetic rats for 12 weeks,urinary protein excretion ,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were determined and kidney morphology was observed to evaluate the improvment effect of fenugreek seeds on renal structure and function in diabetic rats. Results: Fenugreek treatment decreased urinary protein excretion,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in diabetic rats.Functional and morphological renal abnormalities in kidney have been lighten. Conclusion:The fenugreek seeds may significantly improve renal lesion in diabetic rats.
