添加剂对铁皮石斛组织培养和快速繁殖的影响

摘　　要：1/2MS培养基添加活性炭、植物激素及香蕉汁、苹果汁、土豆汁等对铁皮石斛DendrobiumcanducumWall exLindl 快速繁殖的影响研究 ,结果表明 :适量的活性炭和 1 0mg/LNAA比较适合铁皮石斛原球茎的增殖 ;1/2MS及添加 0 5mg/LNAA和 0 5 %活性炭比较适于原球茎的分化 ;添加 0 5 %活性炭和香蕉汁、苹果汁能促进试管苗根的生成和生长。Effects of additives on tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium canducum Walla ex Lindal by 1/2 MS added activated charcoal, plant growth regulators, banana juice, apple juice and potato juice were studied The result showed that the medium 1/2 MS+0 1 mg/L NAA+0 5% activated charcoal was suitable for propagation of protocorm like body (PLB), the medium 1/2 MS+0 5 mg/L 6 BA+0 5% activated charcoal was suitable for differentiation of PLB, and 0 5% activated charcoal, banana juice and apple juice could promot root formation and growth
