两种快速染液对阴道毛滴虫染色效果的比较

摘　　要：本文比较了两种快速染液对阴道毛滴虫 (TrichomonasVaginalis)的染色效果。结果表明 ,新疆研制的快速染液染色速度快、着色均匀、阴道毛滴虫的结构清晰、核浆对比突出。操作和观察省时省力 ,对于大面积的妇科病普查具有很高的优越性。Objective;To compares chromatosis effects at Trichomonas Vaginalis with two fast staining solutions.Result:The result was shown that the fast staining solution researched and manufactured by XinJiang is of a lot of advantages such as,fact staining,homogeneous pigment,revealing clear structure of Trichomonas Vaginalis,nice comparison of karyoplasm its operation and observation being easy and saving time.Conclation:It has a very good superiority of vast range of survey for gynecopathy.
