脐血穿刺技术用于母儿血型不合诊治的临床价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨脐血穿刺用于指导母儿血型不合的临床诊治价值。方法　对考虑存在母儿血型不合的 15例孕妇采用脐血穿刺检查脐血溶血 3项、Hb、网织红细胞、有核红细胞、胆红素、血型等指标综合分析。结果　 15例高危孕妇母儿血型吻合 5例、ABO血型不合 9例 ,其中 8例发生胎儿溶血。Rh血型不合 1例 ,出现胎儿溶血。 2例胎血Hb≤ 14 0 g % ,立即终止妊娠。结论　脐血穿刺用于母儿血型不合的诊断 ,病情评估、指导处理意见有着重要临床意义。Objective:to investigate the value of precntaneous umbilical blood sampling used to dagnose and treat blood unmatching between mo ther and fetus.Method:to check and analyse umbilical blood and hemolytic, Hb, net red blood cell, pit red blood cell, bilirubin, blood type ageinst 15 gestational women who magbe exist blood type unmataching between mother and fetus.Result:in these 15 high risk gestational women, 5 of them are blood type matching, 9 of them are ABO blood type unmatching and 8 of 9 occured fetus hemolytic, 1 of them is Rh blood type unmatching and occured fetus hemolytic, 2 of them occured fetus's Hb≤140g% and stop prgnancy imidiatly.Conclusion:precutaneous is of great importance to diagnose bolld type unmetching between mother and fetus, value hemolytic and guide treatment.
