宫腔内人工授精97个周期临床分析

摘　　要：目的　选择 84对患者 97个周期的宫腔内人工授精 (IUI)进行临床疗效分析。方法　按自然周期、克罗米芬(CC) +补佳乐 +HCG、克罗米芬 (CC) +HMG +HCG分为三组进行围排卵期IUI技术比较。结果　 84对患者进行 97个周期IUI ,自然周期 11个 ,有 1例妊娠 ,妊娠率 0 0 9% ;克罗米芬 (CC) +补佳乐 +HCG组 5 7个周期 ,有 8例妊娠 ,妊娠率 14 0 4 % ;克罗米芬 (CC) +HMG +HCG组 2 9个周期 ,有 6例妊娠 ,妊娠率 2 0 6 9%。结论　使用促排卵药物 ,尤其克罗米芬 (CC) +HMG +HCG组 ,诱发排卵数目多 ,子宫内膜厚 ,妊娠率高。Objective:To study the effects of 97 cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI) in 84 patients.Methods:84 cases were divided intothree groups:natural cycle group,clomiphere citrate(CC) +progynova+human chorionic gonadotropi (HCG) group and CC + human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG)+HCG group.Results:IN natural cycle group,One pregnancy occured among 11 cycles,the pregnancy rate was 9.09%; In CC+progynora+HCG group,there are 8 cases of pregnancy among 57 cycles,the pregnancy rate was 14.04%;In CC+HMG+HCG group,there are 6 cases of pregnancy among 29 cycles,the pregnancy rate was 20.69%.Conclusion:Using medicine of stimulate ovulation,especially with CC+HMG+HCG could incluce ovulation,increase the endometrial thickmess and enhance the pregnancy rate.
